1984-1988年:北京大学物理学系。获理学学士学位。

1988-1994年:北京科技大学材料物理系。获工学博士学位(北京科技大学与英国剑桥大学联合培养)

1991-1993年:在英国剑桥大学材料系,联合培养研究生

工作经历

1994-1997年:在北京科技大学材料物理系工作,1996年评为副教授。

1997-1998年:在日本金属材料研究所,做COE研究员。

1998-2000年:在美国Arizona State University物理系,做博士后。

2001- 至今 :在北京大学电子学系工作,2002年评为正教授和博士生导师

研究领域和主要学术成绩

近几年的主要研究兴趣:基于窄带隙III-V族纳米材料的高性能纳米电子器件和纳米光电器件,基于二维半导体材料的高性能纳米电子器件、纳米光电器件和突触晶体管,气/液环境中纳米结构和纳米器件的动态演变及相关机理的原位高分辨研究。

主要学术成绩有:纠正了前人对氧化钛纳米管的认识错误,首次提出并证实了钛酸纳米管的结构和形成机理。建立了基于电子显微镜的多个特色原位表征平台,发展了一系列电子显微镜中的原位操作、加工和测量方法,发现了纳米材料和器件的结构与性能的对应关系。系统研究了碳纳米管的力学特性、超润滑特性、谐振特性等。制备并研究了基于碳纳米管、InAs纳米线、MoS2等二维材料的多种高性能电子器件和光电器件。到2021年5月,已发表SCI论文210余篇,被SCI他引11900余次,h因子47。有10余篇论文曾入选领域中的高被引论文。是20余项国家授权发明专利和2项美国专利的主要发明人。

作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、面上项目和国际合作项目,科技部863课题和973课题,北京市自然科学基金等多项科研项目。

主要获奖和荣誉

2002年入选教育部“优秀青年教师资助计划”。

2004年入选教育部“新世纪人才支持计划”。

2004年获得北京市科学技术一等奖(排名第2)。

2008年因2001年发表在APL上的文章获得Thomson Reuters的“中国卓越研究奖(Thomson Reuters Research Fronts Awards 2008)”。

2009年入选国家自然科学基金委杰出青年

2011年全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师

2009年毕业的魏贤龙博士在读期间获得2008年中国电镜学会组织评选的“郭可信优秀学生奖”(全国唯一一名),入选2008年林岛(Lindao)学生参加了第58届德国林岛诺贝尔奖获得者大会,获得2007-2008年北京大学学术类创新奖,他的博士论文2011年入选全国百篇优秀博士论文。现为北京大学百人计划特聘研究员。

2015年毕业的宁志远的论文被评为2015年北京市优秀博士学位论文。

2015年李星获得真空学会优秀论文奖,2015年高通奖学金。

指导的本科生王博璐(2005年毕业)获得2004年北京大学优秀“莙政学者”和2005年北京大学优秀本科生。
